By accessing or using the SmoothVista Clayworks website, studio classes, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or services.

2. Studio Eligibility & Enrollment

Classes at SmoothVista Clayworks are open to participants aged 14 and older. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian during sessions. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment based on safety considerations or space limitations.

3. Payments & Cancellations

• All class fees are due at time of booking via our secure checkout.
• Cancellations made 7+ days prior qualify for full refund.
• Changes requested within 48 hours incur a $25 administrative fee.
• No refunds are issued for no-shows or incomplete sessions.

4. Safety & Studio Conduct

Participants must follow all safety guidelines including use of protective gear, proper handling of tools, and adherence to instructor directions. SmoothVista Clayworks holds the right to remove anyone exhibiting unsafe behavior without refund.

5. Intellectual Property & Finished Works

Students retain ownership of personal clay pieces created during classes. SmoothVista Clayworks reserves the right to photograph and display student work for promotional purposes unless written opt-out is submitted.

6. Website Use & Account Responsibility

Users must provide accurate account information and maintain confidentiality of login credentials. Any misuse of the site, including automated scraping or fraudulent transactions, will result in account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmoothVista Clayworks is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring at the studio beyond what is required by applicable state law. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
