What experience level is required for your classes?↓
Our sessions welcome everyone from absolute beginners to experienced ceramic artists. Instructors provide personalized guidance at every level.
Are all materials and tools provided?↓
Yes. Premium stoneware clay, professional tools, glazes, and kiln firing are all supplied. You simply bring your creativity and an apron.
Can I reschedule or make up a missed class?↓
You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your session. Missed classes can usually be made up within the same month depending on availability.
How long does the glazing and firing process take?↓
Glazing happens during your second visit. Bisque firing takes 2–3 days and final glaze firing another 7–10 days. Your finished pieces are ready for pickup within three weeks.
What payment methods do you accept?↓
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfers. Gift certificates are also available. Payment is due at time of booking.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?↓
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 72+ hours in advance. Within 72 hours you’ll receive a full studio credit valid for six months.
Are your studios accessible and safe?↓
Our studio is fully ADA accessible with safe, well-ventilated workspaces. All kilns are professionally maintained and we follow strict safety protocols for every age group.
Do you offer private events or corporate workshops?↓
Absolutely. Private sessions for birthdays, date nights, and team-building events are available. Contact us to discuss custom packages for groups of 8–20.
